Using a measurement tape or string, measure your pet's neck circumference to the size that you feel is comfortable and that is the size to purchase. If your pet's neck circumference falls in between size, please choose next size up.
For Pet Clothes and Harnesses:
Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck of your pet to the base of the tail.
Neck Girth: Measure the circumference of pet’s neck for a snug fit. No need to add inches as you would with a collar.
Chest Girth: Measure girth around the broadest part of the chest (that is, the broadest part of thedog's chest, just behind the front legs).
* If the measurement is between sizes, we recommend going up one size. Also, if pet has a stout build, a deep chest, or is overweight, we recommend going up a minimum of one size for proper fit. If the dog is long-backed, like a Dachshund, a smaller size is recommended.
For Pet Footwears:
While dog is standing, measure from the front edge of the small pads to the back edge of the large pad (do not include the nails). If dog will not stand still, we recommend placing the foot on a piece of paper, marking the paper at the front and back of the foot, and then measuring between the marks on the paper.
