We Ship Via USPS , FedEx and UPS
Woof Woof Doggie Accessories ships via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) , FedEx Ground* and UPS Ground*. Woof Woof Doggie Accessories will select the appropriate carrier to deliver your package(s), depending on your order’s contents, weight, size and destination.
We also offer Expedited shipping at an extra cost. All the shipping expedited shipping options that we offered will be presented as an option in your shopping cart. * UPS and Fedex do not accept PO Box delivery.

Most Orders Ship Within 24 Hours
We pride ourselves on prompt and accurate shipping of all orders. Orders received by 1 PM EST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM are usually shipped the next business day. Weekend orders and orders placed on Friday after 1 PM will be shipped on Monday.
* Exceptions:
1. Our Custom made Rhinestone Collars, please allow us 5 to 7 business days to complete/ handmade your collar before we can ship it.
If your order contains Custom made Rhinestone Collar, we may hold your order and ship it when your collar is ready. Alternatively, we may ship your order in multiple parcels. These packages may arrive on different days.
2. Wagging Green products are sent directly from the designer, and most ship within 2-3 business days.
Where’s My Stuff?
Most orders ship within 24 hours, however it is not unusual for a large order to ship within 3-5 business days. Don’t worry, your order is important to us and we are working to ship it out as soon as possible! If any item is back ordered, we will contact you via e-mail to let you know your options. You will receive an official shipping notification via e-mail as soon as your order ships. If online tracking is available for your order, we will also include a tracking number with your shipping notification. If you have not received a shipping notification within 7-10 business days, please Contact Us for more information. We are here to help, and we respond to most e-mails within 1 business day.
Canceling Your Order Before It Ships
Change your mind? No problem. You may cancel any order, provided it has not shipped. Please note that we charge a $5 processing fee to cover our transaction costs on cancelled orders. The fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders cancelled after shipment may be returned for store credit, as detailed in our Return Policy below.
Non-deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders
Packages returned to Woof Woof Doggie Accessories as non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed for any reason will be processed as a standard return. You may review our Return Policy below for more information.
Return Policy
Your 100% satisfaction is our #1 goal!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you've purchased,simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of date of purchase for refunds in the same form they were paid or for store credits coupon code equal to the item's original purchase price *. Store credits in the form a coupon code that is valid at our site.
* All shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by logging in to your account and submitting your request. All original contents and packaging must accompany your returned merchandise.
Returns which are not in its original state or returned in used or in damaged condition (including dog hair, scratches, or markings of any kind) will receive a refund or store credit coupon code equal to 50% of the product price paid. Store credits are good for 90 days only and are not transferable.
We do not refund shipping costs (unless we sent the wrong item). We recommend that you insure your return, in case your item is lost in the mail.
No Exchanges, Just Returns, Please!
Sorry, but we cannot perform exchanges. All products returned to Woof Woof Doggie Accessories are processed as returns according to the Returns Policy above. To exchange an unwanted item for something else, simply return the unwanted product and use your store credit to order a new one online. Easy!
