I don't have a Paypal account, can I still check out? You don't need a Paypal account to checkout. You can choose to use any major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express) that you have to process checkout once you are brought to the Paypal checkout page.

You can also pay with Google Checkout.Orders paid by Google Checkout will be process when the payment is cleared. How do I use the coupon(s)? After you add products to the shopping cart and are ready to check out, you will see a box for your to input the coupon code at bottom of the page.
Click on "Apply Coupon" button and the system will automatically deduct any unused Gift Certificate dollar amounts or any discounts to your order total.

I add an item to my shopping cart. But when I check out, it says this item is out of stock? Usually the reason is that there are very limited amount of this item and it was purchased by someone else before you completed your order.
How long will it take to receive my items?
Most Orders Ship Within 24 Hours
We pride ourselves on prompt and accurate shipping of all orders. Orders received by 1 PM EST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM are usually shipped the next business day. Weekend orders and orders placed on Friday after 1 PM will be shipped on Monday*. (NOTE: if you paid with eCheck in Paypal, it might take up to 14 days to be cleared. And we will ship your item as soon as we get notice from Paypal).
* Exceptions:
1. Our Custom made Rhinestone Collars, please allow us 5 to 7 business days to handmade your collar before we can ship it. If your order contains Custom made Rhinestone Collar, we may hold your order and ship it when your collar is ready. Alternatively, we may ship your order in multiple parcels.
